Challenging environment. The CQC rating reflects some real issues. I hope the new management team can turn things around — there are signs of improvement.
Understaffed a lot of the time which puts everyone under pressure. Management turnover has been high which doesn't help consistency. Some great colleagues though which is what keeps me here.
