Well run home. Communication between nursing and care teams is better than average. Would like to see the staff room refurbished but that's a minor gripe.

The training is excellent and the dementia specialism means you're working with a more complex resident group, which I find rewarding. Pay is competitive for the area.
Cambridge location means a mix of staff from different backgrounds which makes for a great team culture. Development opportunities are genuinely encouraged here.
