Role details
Take the lead on a group of residents across our dementia and residential units in a home that handles complex care well. You'll coordinate care delivery, update care plans, liaise with families and support newer team members. Cambridge location brings a diverse, experienced team — the expectation is high-quality care and genuine person-centred practice. Dementia experience is preferred; our in-house training can build on what you already know.
