Role details
Lead a small team of care assistants supporting residents with dementia across our 32-bed residential unit. Day-to-day you'll be coordinating care delivery, conducting observations, updating care plans and mentoring junior staff. Our 12-week dementia programme means you'll join a team with genuine specialist knowledge — we expect the same commitment to development from our seniors. Predictable day shifts and a stable rota.
