Support our nursing team in delivering outstanding care across a mixed residential and nursing unit. You'll take responsibility for a group of residents, coordinate with nurses on observations and escalations, and mentor newer care staff. Days-only rota with no nights. If you're looking for a place to grow — our last three seniors have progressed to other roles within 18 months.
